Powering over 72,000 households in northern Poland
In 2025, PAD RES, leading Polish renewable energy developer, majority-owned by Kajima Partnerships and Griffin Capital Partners, commissioned four photovoltaic farms in northern-western Poland. The projects, located in the Pomeranian Voivodships in the Sztum and Mikołajki communes, have a combined capacity of 131 MW, cover over 160 hectares, and have the capability to power around 72,000 households annually.
In 2026, The 105 MW site in Sztum was sold as part of a larger portfolio totalling 255 MW, to Turkish firm Calik Renewables, making their first acquisition in Poland. PAD RES Group continues to provide asset management services for the project.
