Acorn
The ACORN consortium was appointed by Velindre University NHS Trust through a public procurement process. It brings together a wide range of partners including Sacyr, Abrdn, Kier Facilities Services, White Arkitekter, and several other specialists across design, engineering, legal, and financial services. This multidisciplinary team is responsible for delivering the Trust’s major infrastructure projects such as the new Velindre Cancer Center.
STEP
STEP is a 50/50 joint venture between Kajima Partnerships and Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures. Together, the JV is the master developer for the delivery of the South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust’s Estate Modernisation Programme and the creation of Springfield Village. Springfield Village is the transformation of the Springfield University Hospital site with two new mental health facilities, 1,300 new homes, and 32 acres of public park.
Hymon
Kajima Partnerships and Griffin Capital Partners hold a majority stake in HYMON, a leading provider of turnkey photovoltaic rooftop solutions and heat pumps in Poland. Active since 2011, HYMON has completed over 70,000 installations. The company works with 900 contractors, enabling over 1,300 installations per month. It serves both private households and industrial clients nationwide.
PAD-RES
PAD RES is a joint venture between Kajima Partnerships and Griffin Capital Partners, focused on clean energy development in Poland. Its portfolio includes around 350 MW of operating solar and wind projects, with an additional 500 MW holding Grid Connection Conditions. With over 3 GW in renewable capacity, PAD RES is a key player in Poland’s energy transition.
Taiyo
Taiyo Power & Storage is a joint venture between Kajima Partnerships and Low Carbon Alliance, created to drive environmental change through innovation and leadership. It develops solar farms and battery storage projects across the UK to support the transition to renewable energy. With the UK targeting Net Zero by 2050, Taiyo plays a key role in decarbonising the National Grid. Its experienced team is united in purpose to help meet this ambitious goal.

Jigsaw Consortium, trading as Partnerships & Places, is a mixed-use regeneration investor and developer formed by GKRL, Thriving Investments, and igloo Regeneration. The partnership focuses on creating sustainable, community-driven places in collaboration with the public sector.
GKRL
Genr8 Kajima Regeneration Ltd (GKRL) is a joint venture between Kajima Partnerships and Genr8 Developments, established in 2020. With over £130 million in completed town centre regeneration projects, including Rochdale Riverside, GKRL is currently delivering major schemes across the UK. Its pipeline includes 3,500 homes and a gross development value exceeding £1 billion.
