In 2025, PAD RES, leading Polish renewable energy developer, majority-owned by Kajima Partnerships and Griffin Capital Partners, commissioned a portfolio of four photovoltaic farms near Stargard city in north-western Poland. The projects, located in the West-Pomeranian Voivodship, have a combined capacity of 137 MW and have the capability to power around 75,000 households annually. With the addition of the 13MW Maszewo project which is under construction, the portfolio will cover a total of 160 ha.
In Q1 2026, the portfolio was sold alongside Sztum project as part of a larger transaction totalling 255 MW, to Turkish firm Calik Renewables, making their first acquisition in Poland. PAD RES Group continues to provide asset management services for the Stargard and Sztum projects.
