Kajima Appoints Two Senior Investment Roles Strengthening Social Infrastructure & Regeneration

Kajima Partnerships is delighted to announce the appointment of James Green and Chris Jones to senior investment roles, further strengthening our leadership at a pivotal moment for the UK’s social infrastructure and regeneration sectors. These appointments enhance our capability to originate and deliver complex, long‑term social infrastructure and regeneration projects through enduring partnerships.

James Green joins as Investment Lead in a newly created role, supporting the expansion of our UK social infrastructure pipeline. James brings extensive government and advisory experience, most recently as Deputy Director for PFI & Private Finance at the Department of Health and Social Care, where he oversaw a £12bn portfolio of hospital and social care projects. At Kajima Partnerships, he will lead the origination and delivery of social infrastructure opportunities.

We also welcome Chris Jones as Investment Director. Chris brings over 20 years’ experience delivering major mixed‑use and residential‑led regeneration across the UK. He joins from Arcadis and previously played a key role in the King’s Cross regeneration at Related Argent. At Kajima Partnerships, he will focus on originating and delivering mixed‑use development and social infrastructure opportunities across residential, health and education.
