For more than 25 years, Kajima Partnerships has been at the forefront of the Social Infrastructure sector, working in partnership with multiple clients, investors, construction partners and service delivery experts to create innovative solutions and to develop and/or manage much-needed schools, hospitals, care facilities and other public spaces that deliver long-term benefits for the communities that they serve. A key part of our development strategy is deploying our capital and expertise into the delivery of all tenures of housing, and we're also actively developing in the healthcare sector​. We are looking to partner with landowners, public sector bodies and development partners to assist deliver on the Government agenda. We own and directly manage 27 PFI projects - our in-house Asset Management teams deliver industry-leading management services across our entire investment portfolio, managing risks effectively and maximising investment returns.
