A key part of our development strategy is deploying our capital and expertise into the delivery of all tenures of housing, and we're also actively developing in the healthcare sector​. We are looking to partner with landowners, public sector bodies and development partners to assist deliver on the Government agenda.

We own and directly manage 27 PFI projects - our in-house Asset Management teams deliver industry-leading management services across our entire investment portfolio, managing risks effectively and maximising investment returns.
