Building Ireland’s Future Through Housing and Social Infrastructure

Kajima Ireland is actively investing in Ireland’s housing sector, addressing the demand for residential development in an undersupplied market. In Dublin, Kajima completed O’Neill Court in Belmayne, a €100 million Build-to-Rent (BTR) scheme comprising 258 homes. Construction was completed in March 2025, with 50 social homes sold to Tuath Housing and now fully occupied. Kajima Ireland is exploring further BTR opportunities and potential entry into adjacent sectors such as Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), social infrastructure and logistics. In addition to private housing, Kajima Partnerships is a key delivery partner in the Irish Government’s Social Housing PPP Programme. Through the TORC Housing Partnership, Kajima has delivered 465 sustainable homes across eight developments in Cork, Kildare, Clare, Galway, Waterford, and Roscommon. Kajima’s growing presence in Ireland reflects its commitment to long-term, impactful infrastructure investment that supports people and places.
