Long-term investment to deliver specialist regeneration across towns and cities

Through a series of strategic partnerships, Kajima Partnerships is helping to deliver a number of mixed-use regeneration projects across the UK. The Genr8 Kajima Regeneration Ltd (GKRL) partnership is a joint venture between Kajima Partnerships and Genr8 Developments, which has delivered over £130m of town centre regeneration in Rochdale Riverside. The partnership is working on the Health Innovation Neighbourhood, a world-leading development for Newcastle University, a new commercial and residential district called St Michael’s Place, and the Build-to-Rent and Hotel elements for Telford Station Quarter.
